About Revelstoke

View of Revelstoke from Mt. MacKenzieRevelstoke, a town of approximately 9000 residents, is nestled along side of the Columbia River.   The Revelstoke Hydro Dam, one of BC's largest, is on the north end of the city, and offers free tours (seasonal) of this spectacular structure.  Situated between the Selkirk and Monashee mountain ranges (also called the "Canadian Alps"), Revelstoke offers incredible mountain adventures.  Hike on a glacier, ski world famous powder, and explore the colorful history of this town.

Only 14 miles from Mulvehill Creek, Revelstoke has preserved the pioneering spirit.  The streets of its carefully restored centre are a venue for seasonally diversified cultural events.  You will enjoy discovering its two charming museums, the famous Piano Keep, and the attractive cafés, shops and restaurants.
